My 16 yearo ar old child would like to attend High School in New York and live with my sister. We are from Florida. What do we have to do.

No doubt the School will want some document from you and your sister. Perhaps a temporary guardianship. Call the school.

Who is the father? Are you both willing for the child to go to New York. Who has custody?
If you are speaking in terms that you and the father have agreed to the child going to New York, then contact the school and see what they will require. If you and the father are not married, then you will need his consent depending on the situation involved.
