Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My 16yearold daughter refuses to spend overnights or much time with her father, I have had her in counseling since divorce 3years, I try to force her but counselors advised not to, apparently it is beleived she may have been molested, can I modify child support ? as it stands he as 60/40..Thanks.

I realize that this is a sensitive issue. Has a Guardian Ad Litem been appointed? They look out for the best interest of the child. Have you looked into counseling? Please call my office to discuss your options.
