Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

if 13 years ago I gave my aunt a notorized paper saying she could have temporary custody and take them to the doctor. is that binding, and what do I need if one has came and moved back.

If you actually agreed to a temporary custody order for your children and there is court order in place granting your aunt temporary custody of them, you need to file a petition for modification of that court order.
