Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am 18 years old and I have decided to move up to pennslyvania with my mom and finish highschool. My dad says that she is breaking multiple laws and that he won't sign over gaurdianship of me. My question for you is, is it legal for me to move up here without his consent?

Seems to me he is more concerned with the child support being paid to him from her. As long as you are in school, and will graduate at least by 19, she probably is having to pay child suport. Of course, once you move in with her, then he would have to pay.
