After 10 years of Being Divorced My ex wife is Now Demanding child support...but on the Divorce papers she sined that she did'nt want no monies..where do I stand

Usually courts will not let one party decline child support, since it is for the benefit of the children. Depending on what the circumstances were at the time, the child support owed could have been such a small amount that the court would allow her to waive it. If the circumstances have changed significantly, the courts will probably order you to begin paying support.
