Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

After more then 5 years of separation I have filed for uncontested divorce(no kids,no property,no assets to divide). In the meantime I have put an offer for a short sale house with my girlfriend.Being still formally married I am taking a risk of being sued for my soon to be ex for the property that my girlfriend and I are planning to purchase (provided that the purchasing of the property will happen before the divorce is final). What is the legal form that I should use for my ex to sign that she will not have any claims for a portion of my new house?
