Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am 62 years old on social security disability. My ex gets $1008.00 per month for my 15 year old son. I have no other way of earning any more then what I receive which is $2016.00 minus $110.50 medicare deduction and $60.00 monthly for my VA meds. She has submitted to child support enforcement a 2004 cout order for me to pay $430.00 per month which now I cannot afford because of ,my disability. What is my legal options in family court?

First, get a lawyer. That lawyer will then 1) explain that you are entitked to an offset for the $1008 per month and therefore don't owe support and 2) file a motion to modify (reduce) support based on you change in income.
