Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Im 17 years old i turn 18 in months and i wanna leave florida to go to ohio, i own a truck that is reliable and im well able to get there on my own and make a life for my self. but my parents dont want me to leave... i want to leave to ohio in november next month, so it would only be 8 months till im 18 what can i do?

Have you finished school? You might want to consider getting your dipolma and/or taking the GED and apply for college. Ohio has some wonderful schools and you should probably have no problem in getting into a community college. I suggest you do what you can here in Florida by way of a dipolma. Afterwards start applying for some jobs in the area you wish to live in and find out about their community college programs. You may not think you need this but believe me, in this economy, unless you have a degree, even flipping burgers is hard to obtain.
