Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

For the last 12 years me and my wife have been raising our 12 year old step daughter and now after 12 years his new wife wants to be part of her life i was wondering if there was anything i could do to fight for his rights of the child?

Not sure I understand. YOu are the step dad and bio dad has remarried and now bio dad and new wife want to have a part of child's life. First off, you are the step dad - no rights. Bio mom can petition the court for modification of visitation if child does not wish to see bio dad and new wife. Child is old enough to testify.
