Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My 22 yr old daughter is out of control in Bradenton Florida, alcohol, drugs disrespecting parents, undermining friends. I fear for her safety. Can I as her mother ,baker act her?

Your status as her mother is irrelevant. Anyone can seek to have another person "Baker Acted" who is a potential harm to themself or others due to mental instability. Given that your daughter's problem sounds more like drugs and alcohol, you may want to look into the Marchman Act or the Meyers Act.
