Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

can my 16yr old daughter decide to live with her dad out of state even though I have full custody of her and her 14 yr old sister and 10 yr old brother? He re-married and moved out of state to TN and is enticing her with money, car etc. I live in Florida.

A 16-year-old under a Florida custody order or living in Florida may not decide to move to the non-custodial parent's residence. Either the parents would have to agree or a judge would have to order it.
