Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I've a 4yr kid from my husband,& ive a custody, we were getting divorced on last hearing my husband came on a Agreement. Aggrement was submitted to the judge for signature. I planned to visit my brothers from FLORIDA to Michigan, I informed my husband that i am going to visit my brothers , he and his lawyer filled a motion that I've moved back to Michigan. My husband He is a Michigan resident too. Well than we again came on a aggrement right day before the hearing which was schedule because of motion. Its been already more than 15 days new aggrement is sent to him ,he and his lawyer is delaying signatures.

What my lawyer or i should do? . Please advise
