Need help regarding 29yr old Mentally handicapped sister

I have a sister who is mentally handicapped, she has a mild case of mental retardation. She 29 yrs old, but has a mental age of about 12. She has recently run away from home and went to live with her boyfriend who is also mentally challenged. She is now pregant and they went off to Miami and got married with the boys mothers help. The police refuse to do anything since she is technically an adult. My parents are beside themselves, she will not sp0eak to us or come home. And now her new mother-in-law is trying to get her social security benfits changed from my fathers name in trust to hers. What can we do to help my sister and my family?
