Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I\'m 20 yrs old and I have a good friend who is only 15. His mom has been arrested numerous times for multiple reasons. She is an addict and even kicks him out of the house on a weekly bases when she has friends over to party (I\'ve had to pick him up from the gas station late at night several times). She could care less about where he is until she needs him to clean or drive her on his bike to the bar. His dad is just as bad off but he lives in another state. My friend lives between two of our friends houses and both the families have offered for him to actually move in. His mom is very bi-polar and we never know how she\'s going to react to anything. Whats the best way for him to get out and legally live with one of these families that are willing to take him in? If it involves a legal process can he legally stay with one of these families while everything is being run through the courts? He has no other family and we don\'t want social services to run him through foster care when he has two good and loving families ready and willing to take him. What do we do?

Outside of children\'s services, there is no legal way to get him out of the house. On the other hanmd, there is no law forbidding him from living somewhere else unless one of his parents objects and demands that he come home.
