After 36 yrs. of marriage is a wife intitiled to husband s pension in the state of Fl.andstill get alimony if said pension if it is a police disability pension

W has a legal interest in the pension, max is 50%. The amount of the interest must be determined by the Judge. W may receive money from both, amount of alimony and portion of pension are Judge's issues.
