abandoment
when a wife leave the marital home before they are divorce
can the court charge her with abandoment of the home?

Really not enough info. Just the fact she left the home does not consitute an "abandonment."
The Court would not charge her, the spouse would, but under these circumstances and lack of specifics, it is hard to tell.
