Abandoning Handicapped wife

Is there abdoning wife law with nothing no where to live no transportation after 30 days? He will not give me anything he said when he left he would make sure I hadnothing and at one time he had 100,000 going through his bank account and now there is nothing left foreclosed on house,

There is no such thing as "abandonment" in Florida. "Abandonment" was a ground for divorce before Florida adopted "no fault" divorce. You should probably file for divorce or legal seperation quickly, as it may be possible for you to get temporary alimony. You should speak to a lawyer right away.
