abandonment

My sons father has been missing for

almost 3 years. no phone calls or

communication at all. i would like to

have him listed as abandon incase he

ever shows up he has no rights.ia this

possible???f

You can seek formal court ordered custody.

You have to petition the court to terminate his parental rights. Once that's done, he will have to rights over the children (but you will have no rights to child support, even if he is now present and able to pay).
