I was in an abusive marriage and I am about to buy a house, can I go to the courts so my records would be sealed and he can't find out where I am

No, but you could create a trust that it not in your name and have the trust buy the house. Deeds and mortgages are official public records and they cannot be sealed. I recommend that you contact an attorney who does estate planning and real estate law to help you.
