action for partition

my husband cut off all support in april. i have had to borrow to pay our mortgage. now when i asked the court for temp. support, he files for divorce/action for partition. he wants me to sign agreement saying i will keep up all expenses and hold him harmless. also, he wants me to show and sell immediately. it is a bad agreement for me. my atty. wants me to sign.
