Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What actions can I take if my ex husband had a non lawyer help him fill out motions and file them without providing me copies of anything? Is it legal for him to sign over poa to the same person that fills out the nonl lawyer section of the motions?

you are entitled to a copy of everything he files with the clerk. That is why each document will have a certificate of service on it. Mention this to the judge.

What usually happens is that the Clerk of Court will provide copies of any documents to the other party if there is not a Certificate of service indicating that copies have already been provided. If they are indicating on a certificate of service that they are providing you copies and then not providing hem, you need to notify the Clerk of Court.
