if i am still active in the miltary and i have been taking care of my daughter for two years and my mom and sister help me out when i go on duty can i still have full custody of her

"full custody" does not exist in Florida. We only have Shared Parental Responsibility, Joint Custody or Sole Custody. Military status is usually not a factor; except you cannot take the child outside CONUS without the other parent and the court's approval.
