Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
We adopted a boy at age 9 (he is 10 now) and know that he has RAD. We are in the process of getting him diagnosed. He is disrupting our biological family and we need to know how to dissolve the adoption.

Kids aren't returnable just because you don't like what you paid for. You didn't adopt from Wal-Mart. There is no such thing as "dissolving" an adoption. If you adopted the child privately, you must accept the child as he's been given to you. However, if you adopted from DCF, they will often accept the child back into the foster care system.
