My adopted son's bio parent appealled adoption

Almost 2 yrs. after termination and 1 1/2 yrs. after our final adoption decree the birthmother appealed. The case was dismissed..

Now we have been notified that she is appealing. How does this process work? Can she continue to appeal each decision? At what point is this finished...meaning no more appeals?

If her appeal is meritless, there are ways to force her to pay your attorney's fees. Also, if she continues to file meritless appeals, the appellate court will block her right to file appeals.

You should speak to a family law attorney who handles appeals.
