Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I adopted a 10 year old girl when I married my wife.

My wife passed away 7 years ago. My adopted daughter is 42 and not very nice. Can I divorce my step daughter legally. I am in Florida.

You can't "divorce" your step-daughter as you've adopted her she is considered your natural daughter under the law. You can file a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights wherein you would be terminating your rights as a parent with regard to her now being an adult and not wanting to have anything to do with her.
