My ex-husband lives in europe and does not pay child-support. He s delinquent

$25.000-.

He has seen the children( 11 and 13) only twice in 2 1/2 years.

Is it possibel for my new husband of two and a half years to adopt them?

Florida Law - You and your new husband can file for a step parent adoption of your children and your ex-husband would have to be notified of this action.
