can a judge order you to get married to adopt a child that has been living with you, your fiancee which is his maternal aunt, my kids for the last 4 yrs plus we have custody. she said get married or he is going to be placed elsewhere , he is 9 yrs old that would be unfair to him and to us.

No one can order you to get married. However, marriage can be a condition to getting something else such as an adoption. This is not uncommon in adoptions. You are still free not to get married if you choose.
