Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What can I do to get an adoption record unsealed? I do not feel like I need to pay or apply to have the record unsealed. I have the final decree but would like to see my first adoption birth certificate. I was allowed to chose the adoption because I was 14. However, I was allowed to be adopted without being informed I was already adopted at birth. Isn't this illegal? On the second adoption they put my adopted mother as my natural mother.

I would also like to petition the court for my first adoption final decree but with me being adopted twice. I don't know what to do.

First adoption was in NY. Second adoption was in FL.

You don't say how old you are? Secondly, it is not illegal putting your adopted mother as your birth mother as that is how adoptions are done. As to New York, you will have to contact an attorney there to find out if those records can be opened. As to the second, you seem to have that information.
