Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
adultery family law
I have been married for over 13 years. I have two children 10 and 12 year old. My husband has been very secretive when it comes to using his computer, talking on the phone, spending time away from home. Recently I found naked pictures of a woman with whom he has been ''working with'' for years. In fact he works for the same company with her and spends 3-4 nights a week away from home since he finds the commute too long... I realize that Florida is a no fault state and I don't have any proof that he has been spending money on her or her children. At the same time, when I ask him if he has been involved with this woman, he denies everything. If I tell him that I saw the pictures, most likely he will get mad first for me going through his ''personal'' items, then he will certainly lie that it was a mistake, he was drinking, it was a 1 time (I do have proof that the pictures were taken on different dates). Then he will say that he will never do it again and then continue doing it (Lying seems very natural to him). An outsider would say why not get divorced. I personally am not ready to split the children 50/50 even though it may not necessary happen but it is what he is threating me with when he gets in an argumentive mode.
