Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

adultery pornography

Is sex with someone other than one's spouse illegal?

Is viewing pornography illegal? ie. magazines, videos, internet images.

If so, are these illegalities enforced?

Re: adultery pornography

If you mean, are these acts crimes which can be prosecuted, the answer is generally no. However, if pornography involves children or the sale of such, etc., it could be a criminal act. In itself, adultery is not a crime; a spouse may sue for adultery in some situations or use it to support a claim for alimony, or other harm. Generally, for either to be illegal, there must be a victim such as a child or minor, etc. Pornography, when made available to others through the internet, sale of publications, etc., may be illegal as well.
