Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Need Advice

The mother of my child is being unresonable. I have moved to texas to help her care for my child. I supported her mother her and my son as well as her other son whom considers me his father. She has left me twice once in Florida and again in texas after I moved there switched colleges and everything else. While in texas I came home from work one friday to my neighbor comming to me and telling me that some guys and her and her mother had left and moved out, leaving me with no power or water nor funiture for that matter as well as took my son for the second time. I am in Florida now and she is still in Texas. I have just recently got in contact with her within the past two months. I have not seen my son since may when her and her mother decided to disappear. I am a full time student and in some legal troubles at the moment but I still want to know what rights I have and what I can do to be apart of my son's life.

Re: Need Advice

You'll need to speak with a Texas lawyer, since that's where your son lives, who can tell you what your rights are.
