Advice Needed

I've been amrried for 9 1/2 yrs. We have 2 small children. a house and 2 cars. Please tell me what my leagal rights are.

I am assuming you are referring to getting a divorce. If I am wrong please ignore the following response.

There are no "rights" regarding divorces. You are free to divorce and the divorce is governed by Florida law. Regarding the many issues to be decided you can proceed to ask for equitable distribution of the assets of the marriage. What that means depends on the circumstances of your marriage.
