i cant afford a lawer for a custody battle
i reside in indian river county florida and i cannot afford a attorney for the upcoming custody battle can anyone recomend someone that is like a pro buono (hope i spelled it right)or a legal aide im desperate my ex has just taken me off the emergency contact list of my daughters school and now saying i cant see her for a couple of weeks
my ex and i never were married and i am getting frustrated please any ideas

Beg for the money, call every relative you have to borrow the money. Going into a custody battle without a lawyer can be legal suicide.
Asking a lawyer to do a custody battle for free is like asking Sears to give you a dishwasher for free. It's not very likely. People deserve to get paid for what they sell.
You daughter also deserves a fair chance in court, and that means you need to find the money to hire a lawyer. It's part of being a good parent.
Times are tough, but your daughter's future will be tougher if things go wrong in court because you don't have a lawyer.
