What age can child choose to live with parent

At what age in Florida can a minor child decide to live with the non custodial parent?

14 typically a child can testify as to his desires, it does depend on the maturity and intelligence of the child. However, I caution you that the child's desires is only one factor in deciding child custody so if that is the only basis of a change in custody then typically its not going to be enough for a change in custody.
