If I do not agree with an order put through but a general magistrate what should I file?

Normally file an objection, dchedule hearing with Judge. CAUTION: Read the Order of Referral carefully. Some courts will not take action unless the objecting party files a transcript of the hearing.

You have to file an objection to the general magistrate report within 10 days of the report. Use a lawyer.
