Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I came to an agreement through a mediator with my daughter's father which allowed him unsupervised visits as long as he gave me 3 negative drug tests, but I never got any results from him. Now he wants to take me to court to get his supervision saying he has drug results from a probation drug test. Can he use that to get visitation even though I never got the results by a certain due date? Also, should I get a lawyer in case it goes to court?

Now I see the Mediator was involved. I suggest you have an attorney. At the hearing your attorney can request for a drug test and the officers will come up and do one. When it comes to children, never go pro se - always have an attorney - there are no do overs.
