Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

alimony & child support

I was separated in September and divorced in March. The judge awarded lump sum (non-modifiable) alimony payable monthly ($1200) and child support of $2000/month. (My mortgage is @200o/mo w/o taxes and ins) He just bought my son a new car. He is going to try to withhold the ins and payment from the support. Can he do that?
