Alimony

We have been married for 21 years but separaeted for 7. Is it to late to go after alimony?

The separation period will significantly weaken your alimony request, but it never hurts to ask. It is definitely not too late. Permanent alimony is based on a number of factors, the most important of which is the length of the marriage, and you have been married for a long time.
