Alimony
Have only received partial alimony past 11 years. Can I collect balance due from ex'husband's estate upon his decease? Cannot take him to court since he is in poor health and would have a heart attack!

If you do not pursue a claim that you have now and wait you may be bared from pursuing it later even though you could have had a claim against the estate otherwise. I would go for the claim now or at least take some kind of action towards it so as not to give the estate a defense of laches.

Seek entry of a money judgment against him immediately.
