5 years ago divorced. living in Florida for 11 years, both Dutch nationality. 10 years married 22 years living together. Ex stated he solely received a german disability (insurance income. insurance scam!). I recently learned that ex has been receiving an inccome through real-estate brokerage during these past five years. He never notified me or the court and the alimony and childsupport has never been corrected. Also, ex refuses to pay children's expenses like medical, dental, school, sport etc. a $40,000expense report from 07. Meanwhile ex lives in huge waterfront house, boat, 3 luxery cars, remarried a wife with two kids who he completely supports. In divorce agreement he negotioted a only 4 years alimony (after 10 years marriage and 22 years in total living together (which counts in Europe as marriage conditions).
We lived a very lush life with big houses, cars, travel etc etc. and I was a stay at home mother.
My question: what can I do to receive the fair alimony/childsupport amount going back the past 5 years!!
Can I still receive continuesly alimony .
What can I do to receive the non paid $40,000
I have numerous treat letters not to go to court. PLEASE HELP ME!!

You may have been the victim of fraud , but without reviewing the entire file and case, no one can answer properly. Your delay may also be an issue.
