Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

we allowed our adopted 15 year old daughter to have an extended visit with her natural father, whom has no legal rights at all. We did sign a paper giving him temporary visitation until she turns 16. The papers were signed by him, us and the child. They were not notarized. Things are not going as they should and now he will not send her back home. Can he legally keep her there?

No. She is your daughter, not his.

No he has zero rights, any visitation you were giving was a courtesy by you. You may need a lawyer to get the child back.

Use of a lawyer is recommended.
