i am allowed to keep the house in the devorse, my x-wife will not sighn a quick claim deed what do i do!!!

Take it to trial and ask the judge for the house. Be aware, though, that when spouses disagree on ownership of a house, the judge often orders the house to be sold and the profits (if any) split.

It depends on how the divorce judgment reads. You may have to seek a contempt order.
