Amancipation
Im 15 have a 9 month old and need to get out of my moms house.
Can you help me?

It depends on why you "need" to get out. If she is abusive -- phyiscally or emotionally, contact DCF and they will get you out. Otherwise, read this: http://www.legalaidocba.org/documents/Emancipation.pdf
You have to wait to be 16 and an adult has to file the petition on your bahelf -- so either mom or dad have to agree with your desire to be emancipated.
