amanstipation

my girlfriend wants to get herself amanstipated but is unsure how, she is just 15, is almost 16 (is it possable to getamanstipated at the age of 16?). and has a father who is not sute for parenting, child services is already involved. but never catch anything wrong, her dad screams at her and the whole family every day in the morning and at night. (calls her a bitch and slut). she cry's her eys out to me on the phone for hours. is it possable for her to get amanstipated and for her to live with me? can she get out of that hell hole at all?
