Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am an American born Muslim girl whose family lives in Florida. My parents arranged for me to marry into another Muslim family in Iran. I did not wish to get married, so I ran away to California. I now seek emancipation through the American court system. What options can my parents exercise in order to prevent my emancipation? Which American court would have jurisdiction to hear my case.

You need a California lawyer to handle this. Good luck to you. In America, as you know, women get to choose their husband.
