Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i am an american citizen (civilian) living in Kuwait. I got married 10 years ago while i was in the military. My wife is still in the military stationed in Turkey. We got married in Florida. We have property together in FL. we both have Alaska drivers licenses. I want to file for divorce...where and how do i go about it?

As you are now civilian status and no longer with the military, you should speak with an attorney in Kuwait, as majority of jurisdictions require at least residency requirement. It is one thing if you returned to Florida after being in the military, but if you've been in Kuwait for sometime, you are most likely considered a citizen there.
