is it possible to get an annalment in the state of florida in the county of dade?

Sure, provided you meet the qualifications for annulment. To meet the qualifications, your marriage must be legally void, in other words, one of you must have been married and not divorced when you got married, you must have married a sibling, you must not have had a marriage license, one of you must have been under 18 when you got married, etc.
