Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Annulling a final divorce decree

After a 22 year marriage and five children, we got divorced last year. We would like to put our family back together. Could we annul the divorce, or do we have to remarry? How would this affect the 401K which was to be equitably divided?

Re: Annulling a final divorce decree

Congradulations! and welcome back to wedded bliss..the grass is never greener...there is no perfect person out there...you probably have the closest thing with your mate of 22 years. I would prepare a stipulation to be cofirmed by a court order in your divorce case, announcing recission of the division and that the account should be consolidated, with the alternate payee releasing rights. You cannot annul the divorce. All the best to you!
