Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Annulment or divorce? Back in 2008 when I was 18 I watched a kid for this guy and the guy guilted me into marrying him "if you don't when i go into the military my kid will have to go full time to his mom, if you live him you'll do it for him" (the mother was abusive and a druggie) stupidly I married him. He didn't get into the military he and I both moved and we both have separate lives and haven't seen eachother in a year. I don't know how to contact him or find him.. Can I get an annulment or divorce or what should I do??

You will need to file for divorce. File the docs in the county you were last living in - publish the Notice of Action in the Financial Paper of that county. If no response, you can get a divorce on default. YOu will have to do diligent search for him which does require some effort on your part to locate him.
