Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

annulment

I just got married 6 weeks ago. but my husband has since been mentally abusive and am afraid he will eventually get abbusive. I believe he has gone off his meds for Bipolar 1. I own my home, I heard that if I get an annulment within 90 days, the marriage would be annuled and he has no rights to my home. 1/2 ownership. How do I go about this and where can I print out the forms to do this. Thank you so much for your help.

If the home was yours before marriage, then it is not considered a marital asset and the husband would not be entitled to any distribution.

There is no annulment in Florid , only dissolution of marriage.
